Weekly Codes + Review

How are you on this post-full moon-in-Libra week? Anything that is being balanced, reconfigured, or glittering in the works? The full moon arrived right as its planetary ruler, Venus, went direct. After the pending review period of Mercury retrograde (I revisited HNE’s Substack and resumed posting Weekly Codes during this time) a few insights are arriving regarding my work, the pace at which I act on them, as well as identifying foundational technologies that open the path for valuable time to enjoy Life.

Before you listen to today’s code, you may want to review the 4th weekly code released on August 5th, 2024. For some of you, this will allow you to receive today’s code more easily. That video kept popping up while I was trying to upload today’s video, and when figuring out what that was all about, voila: guidance on adjusting frequencies while you work with the new ones. Perhaps some of you haven’t watched it, and if so, this is your opportunity before you click on the video above.

As you feel into the physical changes or feelings that shift while you’re watching, notice what is moving through you - thoughts, feelings, images, colors, weight of energies, movement of energies. These days, I close my eyes and I can see the colors of energies and their movements; it elevates my mood as it places me squarely in Wonder.

The more you are aware of your body and mind’s reactions, the next step is to apply the same awareness in your daily life:

Choose an easy activity - grocery shopping or preparing to go to the gym; something that you do without much thought - and become aware of getting into the car, putting on your shoes. This is meditation in action: being aware of what goes on in your body and mind. Keep track of anything that is curious or unfamiliar, what thoughts come into your mind, how you respond to those thoughts in your body, etc. Take note of it as you go through your day. Can you pause those thoughts before they overtake your nervous system? Can you enjoy the thoughts and be inspired? See if that level of ‘no thought actions’ can be applied to other areas of your life.
