Here we are in April: Post-eclipse and entering the heat of summer in North America. I say heat, because I’m experiencing Arizona’s impending summer, which, compared to any other location I’ve visited, is weighty. You feel the heat in a way that makes you deeply appreciate the trees and structures that provide shade, the altitude of the mountains that offer cooler climes and water.
During the spring, I recorded a series of transmissions for the eclipse season. Realigning and tuning into the energy of HNE, the episodes release each week on Wednesday:
EP18: March 27
EP19: April 7
EP20: April 10
EP21: April 17
Listen to them if it resonates and center yourself after each episode with water, food, rest and/or movement. For empaths, I invite you to deepen your practice of “grounding” and find new ways to anchor your energy in the physical. Stay in wonder and lightheartedness rather than trying to use your mind to understand the shifts. The less I exercise my mind, the more I’m able to feel into the energy that moves and transforms across space and time. When I try to describe and explain things, I feel the distortions within the process of comprehension.
New Channel!
As I play with the different media available to us, I’ve decided to set up a YouTube channel dedicated to HNE (vs. Nu Sifagon, where I was posted before on YouTube) so that you can watch guest speaker interviews. I get distracted with people’s energy when I see them, so I prefer to simply listen to podcasts at higher speeds. But I know it’s more engaging to experience the personalities that come across more readily in video format.
Et voilà: www.youtube.com/@heartofnewearth.
The video and audios are edited separately, changing the flow of the content. However, the core content will remain the same. I took down the Instagram site for the podcast to focus on curating content; we’ll see where this all goes.
The first of these speaker series features Michael Kass, founder of Story and Spirit. He’s also a light coder who is opening doors to expand individuals in the corporate, higher ed and nonprofit spaces. His method is seamlessly gentle, fun, and inviting. It’s incredibly beautiful experiencing his being, and each time I sat down to edit the recording, I learned to go deeper to listen to his frequency.
The video series on YouTube will start on Wednesday, April 24, synchronized with the releases on the podcast, Return to Wonder.
So that’s what’s brewing over here during mercury Rx and eclipse energies! I hope you’re finding new ways to center, hydrate, and inspire yourself each day.
